The Weight of the World | Prophet Charlie Shamp
As I delved into the depths of Psalm 23:1, "The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want," my spirit soared into a mystical realm of the Spirit. Within this plane, a profound revelation unfolded before my eyes. I beheld the weight of this world, expecting a burdensome object shackling the souls of those ensnared by its grasp. Yet, to my astonishment, it manifested as a cascade of shimmering gold coins, filling the pockets of individuals perpetually plagued by the haunting fear of scarcity.
In that sacred moment, the resounding voice of the Lord reverberated through the very fabric of my being, proclaiming, "“Do not lay up for yourself treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourself treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
As my gaze remained fixed upon this awe-inspiring spectacle, a torrential flood surged forth, threatening to engulf all in its path. Many succumbed to the overwhelming weight they carried, sinking into the depths of despair. Yet, amidst the chaos, the divine voice resounded once more, declaring, "When the enemy advances like a relentless flood, fear not, for the Spirit of the Lord shall raise a mighty standard against him." I then witnessed the Lord using His Shepherd's Rod, a symbol of authority and protection, lifting those who had placed their unwavering trust in Him. It was this very standard that defied the enemy's advances, a beacon of hope amidst the tempestuous storm that was ensuing.
The veil between realms is lifted, a revelation is unfolding before our very eyes. Behold, the enemy, like a raging flood, seeks to engulf us in its treacherous currents. But fear not, for in the midst of this tempest, the Rod of the Lord is emerging, a beacon of divine authority and unwavering protection.
With a mighty sweep, this celestial scepter defies the forces of darkness, lifting us high above the tumultuous waters that threaten to consume us. It is a symbol of our deliverance, a testament to the power and sovereignty of our Shepherd.
In the days that lie ahead, as the battle intensifies, the Rod of the Lord shall be our steadfast companion, guiding us through the treacherous paths and shielding us from harm's way. It is a divine assurance that we shall rise above the chaos, soaring on the wings of victory and emerging unscathed from the clutches of the enemy.
